We sell soft plastic fishing baits intended solely for recreational fishing use.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON STRAWHATFISHIN.COM ARE NOT EDIBLE AND ARE NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION.

Our products are made from soft plastic materials and must never be eaten, swallowed, or used for any purpose other than fishing.

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee fishing success — that’s up to nature.

4. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated checkout system. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

We ship using USPS and UPS. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, order volume, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless a product is defective. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If verified, a replacement or refund may be issued. We are not responsible if the fish do not bite.

7. Reviews & User Content

Customers may post reviews. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or refuse any content that is offensive, misleading, false, or inappropriate.

8. Safety Disclaimer

StrawhatFishin.com products are fishing lures only. They are not food items and must not be ingested by humans or animals.

Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Improper use may result in injury or harm. You assume full responsibility for safe and proper use.
