📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Carriers: USPS and UPS
Processing Time: Orders typically ship in 2–7 business days, but delays may occur based on order volume or inventory.

❌ No Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited or express shipping services at this time.
We cannot refund orders that arrive after your scheduled fishing trip or event.

📦 Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit and shows no delivery or scan activity for 72+ hours past the expected date, we will issue a one-time replacement at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays by USPS/UPS

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact your local carrier before reaching out to us about “delivered” but missing packages.
