🔁 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: August 12, 2025

All items sold by StrawHatFishin are final sale, unless deemed defective. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of product defects.

⛔ Non-Returnable Conditions:

We do not accept returns for:

• Color variation or mismatched expectations

• Wrong item/size ordered by customer

• Missed fishing trips/events

• Change of mind

• Baits used or removed from packaging

• Limited edition, custom, or remelted products (e.g., Forge Series)

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

• Items damaged or defective upon delivery

• Missing items within a sealed order

• Packages lost in transit and not recovered within 72 hours after estimated delivery

🎨 Color Disclaimer:

Our soft plastics are hand-poured and sometimes made using recycled/remelted material. No two batches are the same. Color variation is expected and does not qualify for a refund.

🎣 Product Use Disclaimer:

We build baits designed to catch fish—but results vary by water conditions, presentation, and luck.
We are not responsible if the fish don’t bite.
