Refund Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

Everything sold by Strawhat Fishin' is final sale unless it arrives defective, damaged or incomplete.

We Can't Accept Returns For

• Normal color variation between batches. Hand-poured baits are never exactly alike, and some are made with remelted material.
• Ordering mistakes, such as the wrong size or color.
• Change of mind.
• Baits that have been opened, used or removed from their packaging.
• Orders that arrive after a fishing trip or event.
• The Forge Series, Limited Editions and Your Pour. Your Pour baits are made to order, so the design fee and repeat fee aren't refundable either.

We'll Replace or Refund Your Order If

• It arrives damaged or defective.
• Something is missing from a sealed package.
• It's lost in transit: no delivery or scan for 72 hours or more after the expected delivery date. See our Shipping Policy.

How to Ask

Email strawhatfishin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, what went wrong, and photos if you can. If we need the item back, we'll reply with the return address. Please don't mail anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once approved.

Fishing Results

We build our baits to catch fish, but results depend on the water, the conditions, your presentation and a little luck. And yes: we're not responsible if the fish don't bite.
